I have received payment in full from the buyer for the dog described above. I guarantee that this animal is a purebred Standard Poodle and is in good health at the time of this sale. The puppy has been examined by our veterinarian, Dr. Peter Richie.

The buyer further agrees to the following conditions:

1. Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within one week of purchase.
2. The Animal's health is guaranteed by Poodlemaineia Kennel for 72 hours in the case of any communicable disease.
3. The seller further guarantees this puppy to be free from any inherited diseases which impairs long life, good health. If such an inherited defect should occur, be verified in writing by a qualifed veterinary specialist, the seller agrees to replace the animal or refund the purchase price within one year of the birth of the puppy. Choice to be the discretion of the Seller.
4. At no time shall this animal be disposed of to a pet shop, dog dealer, or agent of either. If at any time the owner cannot care for this animal, it must be returned to PoodleMaineia Kennel; we will rehome this dog.
5. If the puppy is placed in a new home or friends home, please provide the address to PoodleMainieia Kennel.

It is further agreed that the buyer has contracted the purchase of this dog under the condition of ”Non Breed Agreement”; the puppy should be sterilized at a appropriate time. ( No sooner than 15 weeks.)
